She helped me find the best movers, painter, carpet company, and plumber (of course the water heater broke after I moved out, before closing). She was so professional, but also friendly. Real Estate has changed so much since I closed on that place 28 years ago, and she explained all the steps, so I felt comfortable. Her market analysis was spot on, helping me decide on the best listing price. I say you cannot find a better person to partner with to sell or purchase your new home. It was also comforting to know there was a great team behind her that would step up if needed, but Betsy handled it all. she held an open house the day after we listed it, and followed up with the people that showed a real interest.
